Before purchasing, customers can upload a supported manuscript, use all formatting controls, inspect the first 20 exact interior pages, preview a reflowable ebook and preview a full-cover design using their own artwork. PDF and EPUB downloads remain locked until a license is purchased.

14-day refund window

A purchaser may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase if Typeset Ready cannot produce a usable text interior, matching full-cover PDF or navigable EPUB from supported input and support cannot resolve the problem. To request help or a refund, email support@typesetready.com. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

• Include the purchase email or order number.
• Describe the problem and the selected print or ebook settings.
• Do not send confidential manuscript text or unpublished artwork unless support specifically requests a small example.
• Allow the payment provider’s normal processing time for the credit to appear.

Usually not refundable

Refunds are generally not provided after 14 days, for change of mind after successful PDF or EPUB downloads, for unsupported complex layouts, or when an exported edition differs from Word because print pagination and reflowable ebook behavior are different. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. A chargeback or reversed payment may deactivate the associated license while the transaction is reviewed.
